4 Simple tips to boost your Chiropractic Practice 4th quarter… all with a small budget!
1. Send each patient an end of year insurance reminder postcard. With the year coming to a close, most of your patients are back in their normal routines but don’t truly understand or at least remember their benefits renew. Remind them that if they don’t use them they lose their benefits. This is a great little point of contact to everyone of your patients even those who don’ t have benefits remaining because this point of contact will also remind them their benefit renew at the start of the year. #2. Thanksgiving cards: Not many practices send Thanksgiving cards and not many people receive them. This is a great way to stand out and show your appreciation for your patients and give them a quick offer to come in. Send it out early in the month.
#3. Christmas Cards. This year send your patients a customized Chiropractic Christmas Card that has educational components, a offer (gift), and encourage them to come in during December (have your December hours). Send it out early in the month!
#4. Harvest Cards aka Halloween postcards are a fun way to reach out to your patients. Unique points of contact like this stand out. Invite them in and provide either a dress up day, activities in office, or a special offer.
