Address patients by their names, and build relationships with them by remembering past conversations. Train your staff on raising awareness of your referral program throughout your patient base and have posters and referral cards on display throughout your office.

Having a consistent and developed presence online, specifically on social media, allows you to promote your practice, build your brand, and reach past, existing and potential patients at the same time. Using your online platforms to increase awareness and to remind your patients about your monthly specials, or any other events or offers you offer is a great way to strategically increase your points of contact with your patients and to promote your practice.
