Tip of the Week – FOLLOWING UP
The most important thing you can do with a lead is to follow up immediately! The longer it takes to get in contact with a lead the less likely they are to schedule with you. Whether this is a referral, inquiry from mailing or web, or a lead from social media it is important to get in contact the same day if possible.
Your practice can get busy and sometimes there is no way to get in contact the same day, that’s okay! Try to reach out to leads as soon as you can to get them scheduled and give them the help they need. Here at JustUs, we offer lead follow up on a few of our campaigns including Facebook Marketing. Leads are contacted, scheduled and shared with the practice as they come in.
If you do not make contact with them, don’t give up! Continuing to follow up with leads can sometimes feel discouraging, but with a schedule, it will be easier to continue reaching out. For our Facebook marketing, we reach out the first day and two other times in the first week! Calls, texts, and emails continue twice a week for up to a month. Don’t give up on leads, persistence turns leads into patients so have patience!
