Once you purchase your design, your personal marketing & design representative will reach out to you via email asking for any changes you may need. This can include, but is not limited to: your logo, contact information, pictures, colors, content, offers and more. Every design you see on our site is simply a template that we customize to your practice … for FREE!
That’s right, all of our designs come with free customization.
After the initial email asking for changes, you and your representative will respond to each other via emails until your design is just right. This typically is between 2-3 revisions.
Once you approve your design for print, depending on the product, typical turnaround is 5-7 days to see your customized product show up at your practice, ready to be shown to your patients.
